Mitsubishi's UK-market ASX for 2024 rides on Renault's CMF-B platform, sharing its doors, glass and sliding rear bench with the current-generation Renault Captur it's built alongside. This kit is cut to that shared window shape rather than anything unique to the Mitsubishi badge.

Two Names, One Door Aperture

Where Mitsubishi did put its own stamp on the car was at the nose and tail - a Dynamic Shield grille up front and C-shaped LED tail lights - alongside a new dashboard running Google's Android Automotive software. None of that touches the door frames or the glass between them, which is why this kit is listed across the same fitment years as the car's Captur equivalent.

This is a flat tint rather than a colour-shifting film, cut in advance to each window's outline and pressed on dry rather than sprayed. Front and rear are ordered as separate depths, from a light 70% down to a near-black 5%, so the two ends of the car can be matched or set apart.

Does sliding the rear bench forward for extra boot space change the shape of the rear glass? No - the bench only moves the load area, it doesn't alter the body or the window openings this kit is cut to.
