The Tourer is Hyundai's estate version of the i30, and it's more than just a hatchback with a longer tail grafted on - the roofline runs flatter all the way back, changing the shape and angle of the rear glass compared with the standard five-door. This kit is cut specifically for that Tourer body, not shared with the hatchback pattern.

Built Around a Boot, Not a Look

Hyundai prioritised load space over styling flourish with this generation's estate: 602 litres with the rear seats up, expanding to 1,650 litres folded flat, with a flatter roof than the hatchback that makes fitting a child seat or loading a bike noticeably easier. It's a car built to be lived with day to day rather than admired from a distance.

Every piece in this kit follows the Tourer's own window shapes, including that flatter-angled rear glass, so it drops into place without needing to be coaxed into a curve it wasn't cut for. Depths for the doors and the rear glass are set separately, and the two-layer build holds its shape well over the sort of daily use - school runs, dog walks, flat-pack furniture - this car was actually built for.

Would the hatchback version of this kit fit a Tourer instead? No - the rear glass is a different shape and angle between the two body styles, so it's worth ordering the Tourer-specific kit if that's what you're driving.
