Genesis added a fully electric version to the GV70 line-up in 2022, badged Electrified GV70, running dual motors across both axles instead of the single engine found further down the petrol range. Underneath that different drivetrain the body shell and glass carry over from the standard GV70, so one pattern here covers both versions built between 2022 and 2026.

A Cabin Genesis Built Around Quiet

Losing the combustion engine changes more than how the car drives - without engine noise covering things up, road and wind sound become far more noticeable inside, which is part of why Genesis leaned so heavily on cabin insulation and glazing quality across this range. Whatever ends up on the window openings plays into how settled that cabin feels once you're past motorway speed.

Panels in this kit are cut to the GV70's own window shapes rather than trimmed down from a generic template, so there's nothing to true up once it's out of the packet. Depths for the doors and the rear glass can be picked independently, running from a light haze up to a finish that reads almost opaque from outside. It's made from two thin layers pressed together rather than a single sheet, which is part of why it drapes into curves without the puckering a cheaper one-layer film can show along a rear windscreen.

Does tinting the rear glass interfere with the parking sensors or camera built into it? No - the film only sits on the glass itself, not over any sensor housing, so reversing aids and cameras keep working as normal once it's fitted.
