Volkswagen Golf SV 2014 2021 T2051D Pre Cut Chameleon Window Tint Kit

Chameleon window tint for the Volkswagen Golf SV, listed for 2014 to 2021. The film is pre-cut in advance to the window outline for that range and gives the glass a colour-shift finish that moves through blues and purples, warm reds and yellows, or cool greens as the light and viewing angle change.

Chameleon window tint for the Volkswagen Golf SV

The Golf SV is the roomier, more upright member of the Golf range, a compact five-door with a body built around space and practicality. Chameleon film follows the window outline of that body and gives the glass a finish that changes with the light, so the car looks different from one angle to the next. The kit is produced to the window outline for the 2014 to 2021 Golf SV, so the pieces arrive as finished shapes to position rather than sheet to trim by hand.

The Golf SV suits owners who want to add some individuality to a practical car. Because the finish shifts as you view the car from different angles, it personalises the car through the glass alone, without changing anything else about it. The colour options are Blue, Purple, Red/Yellow, Green and Red/Blue, so you can choose the tone you prefer for the glass.

Fitting uses the wet method. Clean the glass thoroughly, spray it with slip solution, position the pre-cut film, and squeegee from the centre out towards the edges to push the liquid out. Work on one window at a time in a clean, dust-free space and allow unhurried time for the rear window. Because the shapes are already produced, the work is in positioning and smoothing rather than cutting.
